Sing a comfortable “ah” down a scale from a middle note until the sound gets weak or breathy, then up until it strains. Use a piano or a tuner app to name the notes, and keep a margin: your comfortable range for a whole song is smaller than your extreme notes.
Find the peak of the chorus and hum it against a piano or keyboard until the notes match. The lowest note is usually in the verse.
