We're Eliseu and Ferran. We built Zoundroom in Valencia because we were losing our own ideas, too. Way too many.
Two musicians, one real challenge
Eliseu and Ferran are co-founders of Zoundroom and multi-instrumentalist musicians.
Music has always been with us, and some time ago we decided it made more sense to build the tool we needed together than to keep looking for it on the market.
We are not a startup with external funding or a large team.
We are two people who take what we do seriously: Eliseu on product, vision, and artist relations; Ferran on development.
Everything on Zoundroom has passed through our hands.
How it started
One day, while writing songs (Eliseu), I stopped and looked around.
I had demos on my phone recorder, lyrics in Notes, song snippets on WhatsApp, files on Google Drive, and ideas scribbled in a notebook…
Finished songs mixed with ten-second snippets.
Half-baked projects that I couldn't even remember what they were about.
I had created a perfect chaos.
And the worst part wasn't the mess: it was knowing that somewhere in that chaos were great ideas that would never become songs because I wouldn't be able to find them in time.
I looked for an app to bring all of that together in one place.
Something built specifically for the songwriting process: not a DAW, not a file storage drive, not a social network for musicians.
A home for work-in-progress music.
It didn't exist.
So we built it.

Zoundroom was born in Valencia in 2025.
We are part of the Barcelona Music Tech ecosystem and a startup accelerated by Lanzadera, Juan Roig's accelerator in Valencia.
